Playtime

Its been an adventure.  The kids played outside all morning.  It was beautiful.  Both the weather and the fact that they played nicely together for over an hour. 

Andy was industrious in his new pursuit of filling buckets with dirt from the yard.  Elizabeth gave up the great outdoors for a little art time.  While I was busy taking the bits of crayon from her mouth, Andy decided to build a sand castle with his dirt.  On the back porch floor.  Dumping buckets of black dirty dirt on the floor.  Grrrreeaattttt ....

In he comes as Mama quickly shuts down that operation for a little art time himself.  Why not add markers to the dirt and create a giant mess?

A little dirt, plus some markers and watercolors, meant the kids had a pre-lunch bath.
